faster and faster every time that I see him (which is pretty often)! It continually amazes me how much he changes in just a matter of weeks, even days!! Full of character and personality even since he was tiny, it just gets more entertaining as he gets bigger. He let me go crazy with his hair and then we bundled him up to have some fun taking pictures. 
We started in the front yard, then we went in the garage where Noah was super excited to take a picture with Uncle Brad in the “red truck” as Noah says. Then we went down to the park in the wagon and saw some horses. I couldn’t believe how quickly the horses came over to check Brad and Noah out. It made for a fun vintage shot!!

No recent sessions to post so of course, I rely on “the boys” to pose for me. They seem to reflect my emotions quite well. Here it is, a dreary monday, trying to function back at work (the desk job) after 2 1/2 weeks off, crummy cold weather, and so on. Oh, how I hate the winter months. Where is the sunshine???

Has anybody ever seen the movie, “Pay It Forward?” I love the whole idea of that movie and lately, with all the bad economic news and depressing stories of families struggling to make ends meet, I feel a need to help. Now I know it’s not much for a family that is having a hard time but I would like to offer a free photo session along with some free prints for a family in need.
For any of you that read my blog, if you know someone in my area that is a having a hard Christmas this year….send me an email with their contact information and why you are nominating them. I will pick a family and hopefully I can add a little bit of happiness to their holiday season.

Once a year I convince Brad to get dressed up so we can take our annual Christmas card pictures.
So we got cleaned up, brought the dogs along, found a good quiet road and set up the tripod. But about every time we’d get all set to say “cheese”, we’d see a vehicle coming down the road so we’d pack everything up and Brad would pull the pick-up over to the side of the road. The looks on people’s faces as they drove by, trying to figure out what the heck we were doing, was priceless.
We only had take to take a few shots and amazingly, almost every one of them turned out. Even the dogs were cooperating!! Gotta love a mini-session like that!!
FYI: I did play around with some new post processing on most of these. Always fun to try something new!!

I was supposed to take pictures of my sister and her roommate but her roommate got sick so I had the great idea that we should just take pictures of each other. Bad idea Audrey….getting home and going from viewing a picture of “H” to a picture of me, not a huge confidence booster. Okay, enough of that….my husband hates when I talk like that.
We drove around, trying to find some new places. I feel like I’m stuck in a rut. I’ve got just a few locations that I really like.
So here she is again (yes AGAIN) folks. The sister that’ll pose for pictures any day of the week…and a few of me just because….

Noah turned 2 on Saturday, can he really be that old already? People always talk about how fast they grow up but it was only after I became “Aunt Odgie” and was around a baby and saw it with my own eyes that I realized how true that really is.
To celebrate, we all headed over to J and J’s house for some homemade fish tacos, YUMMY!!! My older sis is definitely the cook out of the 4 of us siblings. Then of course, the presents and cake…..check out the paparazzi picture. I didn’t even catch my other brother and his cell phone taking video…..that kid is definitely the center of attention these days….well, ever since he was born. He’ll definitely grow up knowing he’s loved!!

I haven’t posted many pictures of the boys lately. Between playing sports 5 nights during the week, photo sessions on the weekends and the sun setting earlier and earlier, I’ve just put it off. So Saturday, with nothing to do (and believe me, that felt GREAT), I decided to take the boys on a walk around the park and bring along my camera. I took a few shots which were okay but I got one that I have to say could be my new favorite. I love that feeling!! On top of that, I convinced Brad to get a picture of the boys with me in it, woohoo!! Considering how sweaty I was (since I’d just gotten home from jogging), I was happy that it turned out!
Here they are, my two terrors that I love with all my heart!

Time to make some noise!!!! I don’t get many comments on my website but I do have a tracker that tallies the number of hits I get on my website each day.
